About this opportunity

The Global Marketing Manager, iTero reports into the Director Global Marketing & MarCom Excellence, iTero. This role is responsible for developing and executing marketing communication plans for iTero innovative clinical solutions that will help drive practice growth and efficiency for dental professional customers -- including General Dentists (GPs), Orthodontists, and Dental Labs.

You will need to understand the needs of customers and patients to develop communication strategies, messaging and Marketing material relevant across the globe. The role requires the ability to think strategically, creatively, and analytically and work collaboratively with Align counterparts, product management, regional marketing teams, sales, legal/regulatory teams, and marketing agency partners. Additionally, this role requires you to gain insight into local market dynamics, collect voice of customer feedback and consolidate input into the development of the right Marketing launch plans and messaging to drive awareness, demand, and revenue growth.

In this role, you will…

  • Develop a deep understanding of the market and customers across the globe.

  • Develop and drive product and innovation communication strategy, including branding/naming, positioning, and messaging, and integrate it into overall communication plan.

  • Develop and execute downstream marketing plans, assets, advertising campaigns across various channels, such as digital media, print, events, etc.

  • Manage partner agencies to compose and deliver customer facing assets while maintaining budget and timing expectations.

  • Ensure consistent brand messaging and maintain a positive brand image in the market.

  • Collaborate with the Invisalign Consumer and Professional Marketing teams to develop integrated marketing initiatives leveraging the iTero intraoral scanner portfolio and value proposition.

  • Collaborate with Global Product and upstream Marketing teams to deliver impactful product launch.

  • Utilizing data analytics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and make data-driven decisions.

In this role, you'll need …

  • 5+ years of progressive product or strategic marketing experience with preference for experience in medical devices, life sciences, pharmaceuticals, technology, etc.

  • Proven track record of successfully launching products or software solutions/services in a similar role.

  • BS or BA or equivalent experience required. MBA highly preferred.

  • Experience in working with medical, dental and/or orthodontic professionals preferred.

  • Strong understanding of market dynamics, customer behavior, and competitive landscape.

  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.

  • Excellent collaboration and influencing skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

  • Experience with marketing automation tools and analytics platforms.

  • Passion for professional marketing, digital healthcare and product innovation.

  • Ability to travel domestic and internationally, 15 - 20% including some weekends a year as dictated by trade show schedules.

Primary Location Base Salary Range: $103,930 to $124,152 USD

Base salary ranges are a guideline used to determine appropriate pay. Placement depends on the individual skills and experience level of a candidate plus the total compensation and equity across team members. For other locations outside of the primary location, the base salary range will be adjusted geographically. For field Sales roles, the salary listed is the base pay only and does not include the applicable commission plan. A cost of living adjustment may be added to base pay for higher cost areas in the U.S. Our internship hourly rates are a standard pay determined based on the position and your location, year in school, degree, and experience.
