The Global Investment Office (GIO) at Morgan Stanley Wealth Management is seeking a motivated, ambitious, and team-oriented individual to support our content initiatives. This role will be part of the COO Team, reporting directly to the Head of Strategic Content & Commercialization. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving the expansion and enhancement of our content tools, resources, and insights. Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategies for the Global Investment Office's content initiatives, aligning them with business objectives and user experience principles
Create, produce, and manage high-quality content, including writing, proofreading, editing, and regulatory review
Collaborate with key stakeholders across the firm to expand and enhance content tools, resources, and insights
Manage daily publishing operations related to flagship publications and key franchises
Oversee the creation and publishing of video and audio content, as well as summary documents
Leverage data to track and analyze engagement efforts, identify user needs, and measure impact
Work closely with regional and branch sales teams to identify and target potential focus areas
Participate in broader department strategic initiatives
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required
1-3 years professional experience, or a recent graduate with relevant internship experience
Strong writing and editorial skills, with the ability to distill and articulate complex topics for a wide range of client audiences
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple high-level projects concurrently
Excellent oral and written communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, and attention to detail
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and other business software
Self-motivated, able to work independently, and effective at working as part of a team
Series 7 certification or willingness to obtain it
This will be an in-office role with at least 3 days a week in Purchase

Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $60,000 and $110,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base pay if hired will be determined on an individualized basis and is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short and long-term incentive packages, and other Morgan Stanley sponsored benefit programs.
