Position Summary...

What you'll do...

Our Legal, Compliance, and Ethics teams ensure we make decisions that are lawful and ethical. We need experts to make sure our stores follow all laws and regulations. More than that, we need to work together to make sure we operate according to our high ethical standards. The Senior Manager I, Compliance and Ethics, is a member of the U.S. Ethics team responsible for directing, evaluating, and determining the outcome of investigations into alleged high-risk violations of the company's code of conduct, including fraud, sexual assault, harassment/discrimination, and workplace violence. You'll make an impact by:

  • Managing ethics investigations from assignment to closure, including making findings of facts to determine investigative outcomes and, when necessary, provide accountability and remediation recommendations.

  • Receiving allegations across multiple business segments, identifying all issues requiring investigation, making a risk based assignment of the investigation to the appropriate investigative partner and ensuring consistent outcomes across different subject matters.

  • Working with Investigations, People, Legal, and other business units to strategize and ensure a thorough investigation is performed into allegations of misconduct.

  • Planning and aligning with investigators regarding proactive strategies for investigations.

  • Drafting concise, accurate and complete executive-level summaries of investigations that provide key information that can be viewed by leadership and provide a coherent understanding of the issues, findings, and outcomes.

  • Partnering with key stakeholders to provide insight and trends into allegations of misconduct, ensuring a broader review of risk in order to take a proactive approach to instilling a culture of integrity and inclusiveness.

  • Promoting and supporting company policies, procedures, missions, values, and standards of ethics and integrity by training and providing direction to others about their use and application.

You'll sweep us off our feet if

  • You have strong experience in the legal or human resource fields with experience in interpreting and applying statutory language.

  • You have a proven track record in directing or conducting complex investigations and interviews related to sexual offenses, harassment/discrimination, or inventory matters.

  • You can manage multiple complex cases while achieving results.

  • You possess exceptional judgment and the proven ability to understand and present significant matters in a concise, coherent manner to key stakeholders.
