HERE'S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

  • Be the Master of Internal Controls and Accounting You'll be challenged to leverage and build on your technical accounting and controls skills, while developing into a global business partner and process leader. You'll have a unique opportunity to collaborate with center of excellence, GBS functions, and the business units. You'll have be able to shine through global exposure at all levels in the organization, which will help to build your soft skills and network throughout the organization.

  • Identify and Mitigate Risk You'll be accountable to enable the Global Internal Control team and grow support to the business by identifying and addressing risks in the Kellogg organization as it rapidly evolves. You'll be counted upon to develop an annual control plan and complete an annual risk assessment in which CFOs, Finance Directors, GBS Global Process Owner (GPO), our external auditor, and other Kellogg stakeholders are engaged to provide an understanding of global and regional risks on their radar.

  • Be a Process Control Expert Bring your passion for excellence, as you'll be the end-to-end process control expert for manufacturing, logistics, distribution, and procure to pay work streams. You'll be accountable to obtain an in-depth understanding of regional processes and controls in order to identify opportunities to align controls, gain efficiencies, reduce communication silos, support controls related projects in these work streams, and implement best practices.

    Hope you have an appetite for more. As you'll complete independent operating effectiveness testing, report results, and provide guidance on remediation efforts.

  • Work collaboratively and Stakeholder Engagement We know you have great ideas, so share them! Collaborate with business partners to provide ad-hoc support on projects and key initiatives.
