As a Global Intelligence & Travel Security Operations Center (GITSOC) Analyst, you will be responsible for:

  • Having Quality control and/or copy editing of GITSOC products, including security messages to personnel, travel security program documents for multiple levels of audience at the company, and related record keeping.

  • Deciding on making in regarding how/when to action events deemed to be of confirmed or potential impact to the organization, including contributions to longer form intelligence products and/or presentations.

  • Running maintenance in real time of existing GITSOC systems, such as SharePoint and Microsoft Flows for record keeping and administrative support for the GITSOC.

  • Running maintenance of software and vendor platforms utilized by the GITSOC including but not limited to International SOS products and mass communications platforms.

  • Having on call availability and related duties, which may include assisting personnel during non-typical business hours.

  • Supporting shift coverage during extenuating circumstances in agreement and consultation with Enterprise Security leadership.

  • Assisting Enterprise Security leaders in training/development of GITSOC analysts, including but not limited to, onboarding new team members, schedule coordination, creating training materials, and evaluating performance(s).

  • Contributing to function-wide initiatives and projects across business segments.

  • Formalizing and correlating weekly and monthly report data, in addition to other products as needed, with capability of explaining and providing briefings on said materials to company leadership including ELT.

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have a Master's or advanced degree including relevant coursework in Analytics, Business, Communications, History, International Relations, Security, and/or related fields.

  • Have relevant bachelor's degree(s), certifications, and/or experience in public safety and/or corporate security environments (4+ years) will be considered in addition to or in lieu of an advanced degree.

  • Have demonstrated experience as a decision maker, project manager, or leader within a corporate security department or similar function

  • Have demonstrated experience leading successful teams of varying professional backgrounds, including through change management.

  • Have technical expertise and/or willingness to continue learning administrative functions of emergency communications systems, travel security program tools, and Microsoft Office functions (including SharePoint and data management systems).

  • Have demonstrated experience responding to emergencies at multiple levels within an organization, including maintenance of related procedures.

  • Be an effective and clear communicator to multiple levels of personnel, including senior leadership and ELT.

  • Have cultural competency, critical thinking, and problem solving, including working in a remote and/or hybrid environment with colleagues across time zones.

  • Have foreign language skills.
