The Information Technology Manager is responsible for managing all information technology issues, including hardware, software, communication networks and security of a multi-national firm. Information Technology Manager works collaboratively with Executive Team and organizational leaders for business and technical solutions with the primary focus of delivering on client commitments and supporting the growth of the organization. Develops, communicates, and executes strategic IT Plans that further the strategic objectives of the corporation. Provides clear communication to the entire organization.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Strategy and Architecture

  • Creates sound business alignment to be responsive to changing business needs

  • Ensure the health of IT infrastructure and applications

  • Manages technology standards and ensures compliance

  • Collaborates to help define corporate goals and strategy

Service and reliability orientation

  • Maintains high standards of quality and availability of technical services

  • Provides a seamless, trouble free, predictable and reliable systems environment

  • Ensures that current and future IT capacity meets business needs

  • Continually evaluates service improvement and realigns with ever changing business needs

IT Financial Management

  • Strong process orientation including demonstrated performance in process design and execution which leverages best practices for process improvement

  • Advanced communications skills, formal & informal presentations (written & verbal). Effectively adapts message to audience. Ability to assist others with crafting communications

  • Strong client service orientation & consultative skills

  • Expert collaborations skills and able to lead multidisciplinary teams to effectively achieve project objectives

  • Experienced in MS Office 365 applications including Exchange Online and SharePoint Online

  • Broad based knowledge with Networking, Cloud, IT Security, Virtualization, workstation and server configuration

  • Broad based knowledge of support processes, infrastructure technologies, system architecture and systems engineering

Education and Experience

Bachelor's degree or higher, or equivalent 12+ years' related working experience.

Obtained professional certification(s) as applicable.
