Whether you're on a consumer product (like Gmail, Search, Maps, Chrome, Android) or a business product (Google Ads, AdSense, Google Marketing Platform, Analytics), you take part in a complete marketing experience as you lead every facet of the product's journey. From determining positioning, naming, competitive analysis, feature prioritization and external communications, you help shape the voice of the product and help it grow a consumer base. This means you work with a cross-functional team across Sales, corporate communications, legal, webmasters, product development, engineering and more. In this role, you'll be involved with product marketing strategy from beginning to end.
This role offers the opportunity to globally lead the customer reference programs function for Google Retail. You'll create a program that shines a light on how our customers are reaching the hundreds of millions of users that shop on Google.
You will quickly identify storytelling opportunities and then present those opportunities to clients, securing their agreement to tell the story of how their partnership with Google helps them achieve critical business objectives. You'll use your creativity and a variety of formats to bring these stories to life. These stories, told in a variety of mediums, will help create further business opportunities.
You'll source, secure and support clients or management teams who will partner with Google on a comprehensive co-marketing plan; this is not a transactional relationship but a program to create mutually beneficial, long term partnerships with clients. In the role, you'll have the opportunity to collaborate with retail ads marketing teammates at the global, regional and local level.
