Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

  • 4 years of experience in technology sales, digital marketing, or consulting.

  • Experience working with Google Ads products.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience developing and scaling new initiatives cross-functionally.

  • Ability to multi-task and manage projects with limited guidance.

  • Excellent cross-functional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence without authority.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in crafting narratives and compelling presentations.

About the job

The Google Customer Solutions (GCS), Product, and Sales Activation (PSA) team is responsible for developing product solutions for the Small and Medium Businesses (SMB). The Product Incubation team is a global team that strives to bring early stage products and go-to-market strategies to GCS in a structured and systematic manner.

As a Global Incubation Lead focused on Generative AI solutions, you will help shape the future of Google's ad solutions to meet the needs of GCS customers.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $114,000-$167,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Strategize, design, execute, and lead pilots to uncover valuable data and insights, and evaluate product readiness and fit for GCS advertisers.

  • Identify insights and recommendations to product roadmap and go-to-market strategy to activate new products at scale.

  • Understand learnings and craft data into executive updates and presentations, and present findings to stakeholders across product, go-to-market, and sales leadership.

  • Collaborate and influence cross-functional teams and stakeholders to update product roadmap and go-to-market strategy with pilot insights and recommendations.
