Asthe Global Incubate Marketing Director, your primary responsibility is to drivedemand for Converse's pinnacle products & build equity for the ConverseBrand globally. You'll beresponsible to develop and implementmarketing strategies and plans to serve the globe's Incubate Marketing offense.You'll be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships withcreatives, key accounts, and influencers to drive marketing strategies throughrelationships with key talent and industry leaders in the fashion, design, andart landscape.
You'll define priorities and orchestrate work streams to ensureefficiency across all initiatives and drive brand plans, business plans andinitiatives. You'll determine how the execution of marketing operations occursin the geographies throughout the marketing process; create the vision ofend-to-end marketing optimization, from planning and budgeting throughmarketing content management, to geography execution and analysis.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline
8+ years of work experience with a focus on advertising, media, journalism, digital platforms, consumer electronics, user experience design, and/or fashion and digital retail.
Marketing execution experience in global or region. Demonstrated ability to pull integrated plans together. Concrete experience managing complex projects and programs that have heavy dependencies requiring strong leadership to align cross functional teams and collaborate effectively with very demanding external partner's stakeholders.
High attention to detail including proven ability to document requirements and to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.
Ability to think strategically.
