About The Role

You will be joining the Sales Leadership team as the Global Head of Revenue Operations, leading and scaling a team of Sales Enablement and Revenue Operations Analysts and playing a pivotal role in helping to shape and drive Duco's growth across the globe.

Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer and working closely with relevant cross-functional teams across the wider commercial organization, you will be responsible for enabling frontline sales teams to increase efficiency and efficacy of the sales process, providing strategic direction and reducing friction in the process. You are data-driven, humble, and execution-focused.

What you will be working on:

Strategic Leadership:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive revenue operations strategy that aligns with company business goals and objectives.

  • Partner with CRO and team on go-to-market revenue strategy and interlock of sales, marketing and product with responsibility for implementation that aligns with company goals and objectives.

  • Drive the integration of sales, marketing, and customer success functions to align with customer journey and create a seamless revenue cycle.

  • Establish and communicate a clear vision for the revenue operations function across the organization.

Operational Management:

  • Oversee the design, implementation, and optimization of revenue processes, systems, and tools (e.g., SFDC, Clari and all revenue org automation tools and platforms)

  • Ensure the accuracy and efficiency of revenue forecasting, pipeline management, enterprise account planning and sales performance analysis.

  • Implement best practices for lead management, sales methodology & enablement, and customer lifecycle management.

  • Ensure planning, forecasting, and budgeting efforts are appropriately integrated with other planning processes employed within the firm.

  • Responsible for compensation & incentive programs in collaboration with CRO, CFO and HR, including implementation and administration.

Data and Analytics:

  • Develop a robust analytics framework to provide insights into revenue performance, customer intelligence, and market trends.

  • Monitor key performance indicators to assess the effectiveness of revenue strategies and initiatives.

  • Responsible for board reporting of revenue performance and strategic initiatives

  • Utilize data-driven insights to make informed decisions and drive continuous improvement in revenue operations & strategy.

Team Leadership and Development:

  • Build and lead a high-performing global revenue operations team.

  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning within the team.

  • Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance team skills and capabilities.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with senior leadership, including the CRO, CEO, CFO, CPO, head of marketing and other department heads, to ensure alignment on revenue goals and initiatives.

  • Partner with sales, marketing, finance, customer success, professional service teams to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency.

  • Lead cross-functional projects and initiatives to drive revenue growth and operational excellence.

Ideally, you will have:

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.

Experience:

  • 10+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or a related field, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.

  • Proven experience managing global teams and operations.

  • Strong background in sales best practice, data analysis, forecasting, and financial modelling.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.

  • Proficiency with CRM & revenue systems and marketing automation tools.

  • Strong understanding of sales, marketing, and customer success processes.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Strong project management and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the [industry relevant to the company].

Benefits:

  • An annual base salary between $175,000 and $225,000 based on experience and qualifications
