Responsible for overall program leadership, technology strategy, product management, solution delivery/support, innovation, and advisory services globally, enabling our clients transformation through our Health Cloud platform. Responsible for the day-to-day people management of development team and analysts to achieve our business results.
Responsible for the complete development life-cycle of the software systems; including clarifying requirements, software development, testing, implementation, user follow up, support and Project Management.
In conjunction with our global Patient Solutions team, establish and maintain Health Cloud (SalesForce) product roadmap, promote innovations that enable our customer's strategic vision and business objectives.
Develop trusted relationships with key business, technology and vendor partners at top management level.
Establish an organizational structure enabling the successful delivery and growth within the Center of Excellence (CoE).
Management of technical resources in the Center of Excellence (CoE).
Maintain working level knowledge of Salesforce products and facilitate collaborative development of technology standards, roadmaps, and leading practices.
Ownership over implementations and support for client programs throughout delivery
Utilize your collaborative skills to work with business partners and across IT to ensure high reliability, availability, and performance of applications.
Effectively communication responses to client request to support opportunities for new business.
Build out repeatable and effective cost model for use in our ongoing development projects for our clients.
Responsible for the ensuring prioritized projects assigned to the CoE and resource plan maintained.
Act as the senior point of escalation for platform issues and project activities
Develops quarterly forecasting and planning efforts
Partner with internal Patient Solutions teams and Ashfield/UDG Compliance/Privacy teams to ensure optimal client experience of platform that meets all local/global security requirements
Keep abreast of industry best practices and brings relevant insights and solutions to meet the organization's strategic business needs
Promote innovation to ensure that product roadmaps are developed and executed in line with Health Cloud (Salesforce) CoE strategy
Exhibit high level of professional flexibility and facilitate a culture of knowledge sharing and learning from leading practices
10+ years of experience leading people, preferably within a services industry
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
Exceptional communications, relationship and influence skills
Saleforce.com related experience preferred
Extensive CRM (customer relationship management) experience
Experience in working within the pharmaceutical/healthcare market and or patient engagement
Experience in identifying and validating strategic and tactical marketing objectives
Successful direct and indirect management experience
