The Opportunity
Build QBE's Global Cyber Services strategy including in-house and vendor capabilities with a goal of supporting growth and profitability across the global cyber portfolio.
Primary Responsibilities
Build QBE's global Cyber services strategy taking into consideration the various markets and client segments QBE targets.
Develop new service products and improve existing products and services to improve competitiveness of QBE cyber insurance offering and ensure high quality delivery
Manage the deployment of Cyber Services strategy across divisions.
Capable of being a technical resource for underwriters, claims and brokers as well as engaging with clients as a subject matter expert.
Develop in-house capabilities for QBE, as part of a larger global services strategy.
Manage third party services panel. Manage current vendor SLAs including assisting global claims teams where there is overlap between panel vendors and services.
Lead exploration and deployment of Cyber Services strategy in partnership with QBE stakeholders, including QBE Ventures, to find innovative approaches to cyber services and underwriting.
Lead QBE Cyber Services marketing efforts, with support from marketing teams, to assure relevant and consistent delivery of message. Build resources for clients, brokers and underwriters to stay current on offerings.
Build unique partnerships within distribution channels as a differentiator in the market to support portfolio growth.
Develop and maintain ongoing training of underwriters and brokers on risk management offerings as well as market trends and controls updates.
Develop reporting mechanism to cascade trends and alerts to senior execs, claims, underwriting teams and clients in a proactive manner
Collaborate with underwriting team on risk assessment and changing risk landscape.
Provide cyber sales and marketing support to underwriters, clients and brokers to improve strike rate leading to growth of book and improved risk profile.
Review and manage current vendor relationships associated with services and determine ways to enhance offerings.
Work with divisional risk solutions teams to build capabilities to facilitate greater thought leadership and resources for QBE insureds outside of cyber clients.
Manage thought leadership campaigns oriented towards services both externally and internally to assist QBE in elevating our brand and reputation around cyber expertise. Maintaining a particular cadence throughout the year with a focus on being visible in the market as a subject matter expert.
