As the Global Head of Corporate Communications, reporting directly to the Chief of People and Operations, you will be responsible for helping to build out -- from scratch -- the Internal Communications function for a fast-growing technology company. In this role, you'll be on point to build systems for effective ongoing communications across the firm, to partner with line leaders in the execution of significant strategic initiatives with critical communications work streams and to help establish corporate standards for communication content and delivery excellence.

We are looking for a highly-organized, proactive, and creative individual who excels at communication and can work across teams to help manage and execute on key projects and priorities, both large and small. You'll need to be a master of language, an operational execution maven and skilled at collaborating with teams to push projects and agendas forward to completion.

Establish a reliable, high-impact cadence of regular outbound communication to the firm

Specifically, develop a communications infrastructure that enables strong two-way connection between firm HQ and global delivery centers

Build a supporting corporate communications calendar to orchestrate communications across the course of the year

Create processes for handling event-based communications needs -- outbound as well as inbound (including emergency-oriented)Refine 3Pillar's philosophy and strategy for communication channel use, in partnership with IT leadership

Serve as point person on firmwide strategic initiatives requiring strong corporate communications presence

Specifically, work with the Executive Leadership Team carrying out strategic communications work

Advise business partners on the communication requirements of their local initiatives

Specifically, partner with the Talent organization to deliver high-impact communications that drive engagement

Partner with the Marketing organization to identify opportunities for shared messaging and/or work, especially around EVP Personally own execution of major and minor presentations, campaigns and one-off messaging as needed

Establish a set of best practices around communications philosophy and approach

Build a repository of core communications tools, templates and process guides

Collaborate with Marketing to establish expectations for consistent firm-wide communications look and feel

Partner with the COPO to create a change management playbook for business leaders

Serve as copy editor backstop when requested on firm-wide communications efforts

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.8-10 years of work experience in directly related field.Demonstrated success in working both individually and as a member of a team, with all levels of an organization.Strength operating in the white space between teams and functions; ability to lead through influence.Demonstrated success in data gathering and analysis skills.Ability to multi-task and deliver in a fast-paced, matrix environment.Superior written and spoken communication skills and an ability to simplify complex ideas for non-experts to comprehend.Strong proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint (corresponding Google suite products).Familiarity with project management processes and tools as well as scheduling tools.Experience managing cross-functional communications projects, such as change-management plans, crisis communications, and global communications.Given the global nature of 3Pillar work, this role may include occasional domestic and/or international travel.
