About the team
The GTM Operations team is responsible for overall productivity and effectiveness of the sales organization, partnering closely with the sales team and teams across Stripe to drive initiatives. Our team provides strategic & operational partnership to sales leaders, sellers, and cross-functional business partners. The Strategy & Sales Operations role functions across three pillars:

Within the GTM Strategy & Sales Operations (SSO) organization, our globally scoped team members are focused on driving high-value updates and outcomes across business operations, insights, process, and tooling. We facilitate incremental Stripe productivity improvements to help the GTM organization deliver key business objectives and revenue results. We are a global team with resources in the Americas, Europe and Asia Pacific.
What you'll do
Lead and optimize the global GTM "Run the Business" forums structure, operating model, and execution (Weekly Business Review, Monthly/Quarterly Business Review, Run the Business Review)
Partner with key cross-functional stakeholders, including but not limited to Marketing, Finance & Strategy, Data Science, Seller Systems, and Strategic Operations to streamline and optimize our internal processes and run-the-business and planning deliverables
Operate upstream from the Regional level teams ensuring early stage projects, models, or analysis intended to be consumed by downstream teams possess sound assumptions and are pressure tested to the extent possible. Planfully involve regional SMEs for help with initial design and testing
Globally contribute and represent GTM from an Ops perspective in centrally driven strategic and initiatives and projects engaging regional and cross-functional Ops and Sales SMEs as required
Shape the processes and operational support models for a rapidly growing company, and make a tangible impact on sales, productivity, and operations.
Responsibilities
Manage business forum stakeholder expectations with clear DRI, milestones, deadlines, and roadmaps
Partner closely with analytics teams and leads to build world class dashboards and reports to manage and monitor business performance
Build actionable insight through scalable reporting and ad-hoc analysis
Define, manage and provide insights on key performance metrics
Develop and execute initiatives designed to optimize sales team efficiency and productivity
(Co-)Create and manage operational processes related to business planning and runtate sales operations across the full-funnel lifecycle
Design workflows and playbooks for SSO teams and sales teams
Oversee implementation of enabling systems and tools, working closely with internal systems teams
Drive and run analysis on key performance metrics, providing root cause analysis and relevant insights for managing the business.
Prepare weekly senior leader business performance, forecast, and trend materials and provide ongoing updates on key business growth/metrics

Minimum requirements
10+ years of sales, strategy and operations experience in a high-tech growth environment, or operational experience in investment banking, management consulting, private equity, venture capital, or business insights / analytics roles
Bachelor's Degree in a related field
Strong analytical skills and a structured approach to solving unique business problems
Experience pulling, manipulating, and analyzing large data sets using SQL and enterprise data analysis tools
An enthusiastic "roll up your sleeves" mentality
Works well under pressure, with a high degree of adaptability and flexibility in a fast paced, rapidly changing environment
Preferred qualifications
Prior experience at a growth stage Internet/software company
Prior experience in the payments industry
Advanced SQL and Tableau experience
