Role reports to: Sr Fin Manager, WW FP&A Systems Implementation Lead

Location: Skillman

Travel %: 5%

Pay: $105,000 - $142,000

What you will do

The Global FP&A Tech & Process Lead Analyst is responsible for supporting the development and implementation of the global FP&A Process Design.

The individual will support the development and implementation of the Global FPA modules of the future-state planning solution, serving as SME and power user for OneStream ensuring adoption and user readiness.

This role collaborates with a global network of finance professionals to design, deploy, and manage global FP&A processes. This individual helps drive business technology alignment, consistent process deployment and adoption, Master Data readiness, KPI measurement, and performance management in areas including budgeting and forecasting, financial planning, working capital management, strategic insight, and decision support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in detailed design sessions to clarify detailed requirements and functional design

  • Participate in sprint review demos; provide feedback to be incorporated in future sprints

  • Perform test script execution to test functional and technical quality of end-to-end business scenarios; document test results; perform re-testing

  • Map local plan data to new data model to support upload into OneStream

  • Review uploaded data and validate that the regional or functional values tie-out at the appropriate levels

  • Adjust plan data mapping as needed to support validation efforts

  • Support Regional Tech & Process Lead or Functional Lead to consolidate outputs

  • Serve as OneStream SME and support additional end users in regions or functions once live

  • Support change management strategy, outlining key change interventions, milestones, and readiness activities

  • Provide inputs into training needs assessment, approach, curriculum and train-the-trainer approach

  • Provide support to end-users during hypercare

  • Assess training impact once delivered and identify any gaps or risks

Other Responsibilities

  • Supports ad hoc requests / projects

  • Supports continuous improvement activities

  • Supports training and communications sessions across broader finance organization

  • Ensure policies and procedures are followed

  • Develop, maintain, and deploy FP&A process documentation

What we are looking for

Required Qualifications

  • A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree is required, preferably in Finance or Accounting

  • A minimum of 4 years of finance, accounting or related business experience is required.

  • Change management skills and ability to work in ambiguous situations, including the ability to drive others to adapt to a changing environment is required.

  • Excellent oral and written English communication, analytical, influencing skills and ability to develop strong relationships with leadership team members is required.

  • Innovative and continuous improvement mindset is preferred.

  • Broad understanding of the Kenvue Global Operating Model, with specific experience in Worldwide Consolidation and Global FPA processes.

  • Knowledge of financial forecasting processes

  • Annual base salary for new hires in this position ranges from $105,000 - $142,000. This takes into account a number of factors including work location, the candidate's skills, experience, education level & other job-related factors.
