As the Global Program Manager of Risk Management, you will set up risk management programs, working with global partners to execute as well as verify compliance on a regular basis.
You will be responsible for developing and driving a holistic risk management approach for the program. You will own the development and deployment of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and work with global partners to successfully meet them. You get our partners and suppliers excited about your area by engaging them, and building joint ownership for our global food program.

Associate in Risk Management with an understanding of ISO 31000:2009. Understanding of risk assessment process for non-insurable risks.
Registered Environmental Health Specialist/Registered Sanitarian credentials. Knowledge of critical risk management/food safety programs.
Knowledge of food technology, food microbiology, safe food handling procedures, foodservice sanitation practices and food safety auditing requirements.
Ability to lead global and cross-functional project teams to develop/implement new risk management programs.
Understanding of enterprise risk management approaches.
Detail-oriented, highly proficient in data analysis with an interest for data manipulation. Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
Develop, implement and maintain a comprehensive risk management strategy for the Global Food Program, including programs to proactively identify, mitigate minimize and control global and regional risks.
Manage the development of policies and protocols for food risk and crisis procedures. Act as the point-of-contact for incidents. Develop and rollout robust crisis response processes with clearly defined escalation procedures.
Build and maintain a global network of risk managers and Google food team members to enhance the impact of our risk management model.
Work with partners to oversee the auditing process of food program venues and vendor partners. Analyze results of the various types of audits to identify key trends and/or risk areas.
Provide strategic thought leadership regarding proactive overall risk management development and evolution that will mitigate risk as the food program grows and evolves.
