Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking an experienced executive programs manager to build and manage highly visible global executive programs. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in AWS, a subsidiary of and a global leader in Cloud Computing.

In this role you will build and execute global programs targeting executive decision makers. You will work closely with enterprise marketing, enterprise strategy teams, global field marketing teams and sales building a playbook for scalable, repeatable executive programs. The goal of these programs is to gain mindshare and build deeper relationships with these key decision makers. You will utilize exceptional program management skills to manage and communicate on all global executive programs, ensuring all stakeholders are working together to deliver a high-quality experience.

  • Build a repeatable and scalable framework for high touch executive programs for consumption by the global field marketing organization.

  • Support our corporate executive programs such as the CIO Advisory Council, CISO and Customer Advisory Board

  • Part of the team that manages and executes the Executive Summit at AWS re:Invent

  • Collaborate with key stakeholders (product marketing, enterprise strategy) to integrate these executive programs into the overall enterprise strategy

  • Ensure these executive programs are a cornerstone to communicate to our executive community and are part of an overall cohesive executive engagement strategy.

  • Identify how these programs can be the foundation to create regional executive programs beyond that go beyond the initial in-person event.

  • Evaluate, measure and report on strategic effectiveness and ROI for overall program efforts

  • Ability to work on multiple, simultaneous marketing programs that require both strategic thinking as well as high-speed tactical executives

  • Travel required

Position Summary As a Sales Enablement Program Manager, you will be responsible for leading strategic enablement and education programs for the F5 Worldwide Sales organization like sales onboarding and continuing education, strategic selling programs, learning systems strategy, and our annual International Sales Conference (ISC). You will report to the Director of Worldwide Field Enablement and work alongside a team of other Sales & Technical Enablement professions in Seattle, WA. The value you bring to this role is the organization, orchestration, and execution of various projects through strong planning, scheduling, analysis, risk reduction, and monitoring of the project or program. Primary Responsibilities * Design, build and maintain project plans including scope, schedule, business partners, and budget for Sales Onboarding programs, Strategic Selling curriculum, and the F5 International Sales Conference. * Design 180 day onboarding plans for our Inside & Field Sales teams in close partnership with Sales Leadership and your peers on the Field Enablement team. * Program manage the strategic selling, executive conversations, and other high-value Sales Enablement programs. * Craft and publish effective status reports and presentations to serve a variety of audiences from project team members to Executives. * Collaborate with peers, managers and team members across the organization to seek solutions to problems and develop new processes. * Performs other related duties as assigned. Knowledge, Skills and Attributes As a Program Manager in Sales Enablement, it's critical that you are able to demonstrate influence without authority with our business partners to drive program success. Leading and facilitating team meetings and initiatives to effectively develop plans and achieve goals with a wide variety of business partners is necessary for success in this role. * You communicate effectively across written, verbal and presentation formats to program partners and Executives. * You constantly obsess over our customer's needs (the Sales organization). * You incessantly use data and apply critical thinking techniques to analyze problems, develop solutions, activate the appropriate resources, and mitigate risk related to the programs you own. * You have strong working knowledge of technology companies and the interplay between Product Marketing, Product Management, Customer Success, Sales and Sales Operations. * You have experience presenting to senior and executive leadership with a high level of presence and comfort. * You are highly organized and love taking good notes (you may even argue why your favorite note-taking app is the best). * Having basic knowledge of statistics and reporting techniques is desired. Qualifications * You have a BA/BS degree required * You have 5+ years experience with direct sales, sales enablement, or sales operations at technology companies. * 3+ years experience leading or crafting high-impact sales programs preferred. Physical Demands and Work Environment * Duties are performed in a normal office environment while sitting at a desk or computer table. * Duties require the ability to utilize a computer, communicate over the telephone, and read printed material. * Duties may require being "on call" periodically or working outside normal working hours (evenings and weekends). Duties may require the ability to travel via automobile or airplane; * Job may be performed on-site at a customer facility or data center, or in an office environment sitting at a desk or computer table.
