Global Employee Experience Program Manager

Location: Sunnyvale, CA

The Global Employee Experience Program Manager will be responsible for the strategic and operational management of Proofpoints global employee experience initiatives. This role will lead the development, implementation, and evaluation of programs that promote employee engagement and connection, aligning these initiatives with the company's mission and strategic objectives.

The Program Manager will work closely with the Director to ensure program effectiveness and continuous improvement.

This position requires the individual to be onsite in the Sunnyvale, CA office based on the demands of the job.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Program Management: Lead the planning, implementation, and evaluation of global employee experience programs.

  • Strategic Alignment: Ensure all programs and initiatives align with the company's mission, vision, and strategic objectives.

  • Budget Management: Develop, monitor, and manage program budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources and adherence to financial guidelines.

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including HR, Finance, Communications, and regional leads, as well as external partners to enhance program reach and impact.

  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Collect and analyze program data to measure success, generate insights, and produce reports for stakeholders.

  • Communication: Create and disseminate communication materials to promote program awareness and participation among employees.

  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure all programs comply with relevant policies, regulations, and best practices.

  • Onsite Presence: Attend in-person meetings, events, and activities as needed to support program initiatives and foster connections within the Sunnyvale office.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Social Sciences, or a related field is preferred.

  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in program management, preferably in employee experience, CSR, or a related area.

  • Proven track record of successfully managing and executing large-scale programs and events. o Experience working in a global or multicultural and multigenerational environment is highly desirable.

  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines.

  • Demonstrated ability to analyze data, generate actionable insights, and tell a story with the data.

  • Creative problem-solving skills, proactive relationship building and initiative-taking abilities.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.

  • Proficiency in using program management software and reporting tools.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, including adapting to evolving circumstances. Work Environment

  • A presence in the Sunnyvale office is required based on job role demands.

  • Flexibility in working hours may be needed to accommodate global time zones and event schedules.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets as set out below. Pay within these ranges varies and depends on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The actual offer will be based on the individual candidate. The range provided may represent a candidate range and may not reflect the full range for an individual tenured employee. This role may be eligible for variable pay and/or equity. We offer a competitive benefits package that includes flexible time off, a robust well-being program that provides for 4 global wellbeing days per year, and a 3-week work from anywhere option.

SF Bay Area, New York City Metro Area:

Base Pay Range: 116,690.00 - 183,370.00 USD

California (excludes SF Bay Area), Colorado, Connecticut, Illinois, Washington DC Metro, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Texas, Washington, Virginia, and Alaska:

Base Pay Range: 96,880.00 - 152,240.00 USD

All other cities and states excluding those listed above:

Base Pay Range: 87,220.00 - 137,060.00 USD
