Global Early Career Program Manager

This role will have the responsibility to lead the global Early Career program for IT, which also includes the Honeywell IT Intern program. Recruiting Interns into the program, and executing the Operating System for those in the Early Career program, including Rotations, Learning and Development and Mentorships are critical components of the role. The objective is that there is a global process that is consistently applied by all IT organizations in all locations.
The Program Manager in this role will be responsible for planning and executing the strategy for identifying and allocating talent from university and other recruiting efforts with a focus on project assignment, business impact, placement, mentorships, learning and development and overall Honeywell intern experience. This role will coordinate with the Corporate Intern Program team and business leaders to identify and assign talent to suitable roles. The PM in this role will benchmark and model best practices within the organization to develop a comprehensive management operating system to coordinate global IT internship programs. The role requires strong global focus partnering across all regions while leveraging organization best practices.
Major responsibilities include Leading/ Directing the Global IT Early Career Program, which includes:
Coordinate and execute IT Intern Program strategy
Manage the recruitment process for IT summer interns: identifying candidates, target schools, coordinating the interview process, extending offers
Manage summer intern program, including placement of interns into IT teams, onboarding, group projects, evaluations, team events, etc.
Manage early career program, which includes extending offers, onboarding new employees
Manage the execution of the global early career program pan HON IT.
Learning Plan Execution
Execute a cross functional MOS. Define management operating system consisting of intern demand planning, recruiting strategy, stakeholder communication, key performance metrics, status reporting, escalation path etc.
Establish performance measurement system and continuous improvement operating system, including collaboration with other Early Career programs across Honeywell
Track intern placement performance and development

YOU MUST HAVE
High energy, effective negotiation and influencing skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Self-motivated, able to work effectively with minimal oversight.
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to organize/ coordinate work across multiple teams, and deliver results in a highly matrixed organization.
Organizational awareness knowledge of correct functions, regions and teams to involve
Six Sigma Green Belt preferred.
