The Digital Presence CoE is accountable for developing the network strategy for pwc.com, driving the innovation & investment roadmap for the website, & creating seamless & personalized experience leveraging PwC's MarTech stack. As a Digital Analyst in the Analytics and SEO team, this position is responsible for optimizing digital properties for internal and third party search engines and analyzing customer data across PwC digital channels to create a seamless digital experience.

Demonstrating thorough abilities and/or proven record of success in:

  • Understanding of the latest SEO best practices across all major search engines worldwide;

  • Implementing SEO strategy to drive an optimized digital experience;

  • Managing the day-to-day search marketing activities across multiple search engines including the campaign planning, budget management, and optimization of paid search campaigns;

  • Monitoring and evaluating web analytics dashboards and reports to provide recommendations for SEO strategies;

  • Conducting A/B tests to drive SEO;

  • Collecting and analyzing customer behavior data from SEO and website analytics;

  • Analyzing technical SEO issues and recommending fixes;

  • Configuring metadata for popular social network link-sharing cards;

  • Working in reporting platforms such as Microsoft Excel, Google Analytics, Google Search Console and Tableau;

  • Being results-oriented, energetic and focused with a desire to learn and succeed;

  • Building and managing relationships across the business and with other marketing functions;

Demonstrating thorough abilities and/or proven record of success in:

  • Understanding of marketing automation systems (Salesforce Marketing Cloud preferable); and,
  • Understanding of marketing and sales capabilities, including sales, marketing, brand and strategic marketing in a B2B context.
