Key responsibilities include:

  • Own service delivery of our Business Applications Managed Services offerings.

  • Leads people and teams, as all delivery teams in Managed services offering report to this role.

  • Perform client-facing duties including steering group meetings participation, advise stakeholders and lend internal support to onsite or on-shore service delivery managers.

  • Drive to highest degree of client satisfaction through successful delivery of Avanades Dynamics 365 managed services.

  • Manage contracts, issues and risks associated with service delivery across Dynamics 365 managed services clients globally.

  • Manage the deliverable approval process essential to overall service delivery approval.

  • Work with the sales team to manage changes to the original agreements.

  • Develop complete and accurate delivery status reports.

  • Own management of, and adherence to deliverables and obligations for each client under managed services contract.

  • Ensure compliance with corporate standards (legal, commercial, methodology, etc) throughout all delivery management activities.

Job Requirements:

  • Strong delivery professional skill set with relevant experience from past managed services delivery roles.

  • Deep insight into how ticketing mgmt. systems work with practical experience with Remedy, Service Now or similar system.

  • Good to have - Dynamics 365 application skills from past roles in either ERP or CRM space.

  • Demonstrate the ability to work systematically and logically to analyze situations, resolve problems, identify causes and anticipate implications

  • Manage and develop customer relationships and perceptions to achieve mutual goals

  • Demonstrate the capacity to plan, prioritize and organize their time, project schedules and multiple project activities

  • Experience managing activities performed by off-shore resources.

  • Program and project management methods, tools and techniques.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead complex projects that result in the accomplishment of overall business objectives.

  • Outstanding people management skills, including ability to lead a team and mentor individuals in career growth.

  • Basic knowledge of contract terms and negotiation skills

  • Customer oriented attitude and excellent interpersonal skills.

  • Demonstrates a high degree of integrity, credibility, and character.

  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time (Mon-Fri)


Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelors Degree: Business or technology related BA/BS

  • 5+ years of managed services delivery experience based on accepted governance models (ITIL, SIAM or similar).

  • 2+ years of managed services or implementation experience of ERP or CRM solutions, either AX, CRM or other similar products (i.e. SAP, Oracle, Salesforce).

  • Clear and concise oral and written communication

  • Ability to lead people, teams and projects

  • Understanding of aspects of business management and strategic evaluation

Preferred Requirements:

  • Prior consulting experience

  • Working knowledge of at least one software development methodology

  • Certification in service delivery (ITIL)

  • Certification in Project Management (PMP)

  • Knowledge of project estimation techniques and challenges.

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft platform skills
