As Global Customer Quality Manager, you will;
Lead and develop a multi-regional team of professional Customer Quality Engineers
Bring the Voice of the Customer (VOC) to the operations and functional teams
Chair initiatives aimed at delivering an Extraordinary Customer Experience (ECE)
Partner with multiple departments to coordinate and drive improvement initiatives that are aligned with overall business objectives
Ensure proper resolution of customer quality concerns
Provide training for and communicate customer expectations to TE team members
Lead resolution of escalated customer quality concerns
Supports ICT manufacturing and distribution locations (as needed) with problem solving
Monitor key KPI for ECE and take corrective actions as necessary to ensure targets are met
Champion warranty improvement programs
Formally review customer supply agreements, communicate exceptions to TE ICT policy and driving consensus with sales, operations, and legal for the good of the business
Completes quality-related sections on customer surveys.
Foster and proactively build customer relationships in all regions
Coordinated a program of proactive visits with key customer accounts
Manage and facilitate (with Legal and Finance) the customer claims process related to quality complaints

What your background should look like:
Bachelor's Degree (technical/business)
Min. 5 years' experience in customer quality
Min. 3 years' management experience
Experience in driving improvement initiatives. >5 years
Automotive experience and knowledge preferred.
PPAP, Customer Special Requirements, Problem Solving, Corrective Action, Quality Systems, Lean practices,
Understanding of molding and assembly operations. Direct operations experience plus.
Bi-lingual preferred. Must be fluent in English; both oral and written.
~35% travel, including international
