Key Qualifications

Experience working in a globally focused digital business environment

Experience using customer insights and data analysis to improve the customer experience and/or experience working on managing engineering projects

Technically proficient, you understand infrastructure and processes related to digital delivery, experience using Splunk a bonus.Outstanding analytical problem solver with strategic and structured thinking

Ability to project manage effectively across cross-functional teams

Team player, curious and excited by tackling hard problems head onStrong communication, interpersonal, teamwork and organizational skills

Ability to handle multiple projects with competitive priorities

Self starter, comfortable with ambiguity and working in a fast-paced environment


  • Put the customer at the center of everything you do and help to identify and fix barriers to growth in vibrant and diverse markets Spearhead cross functional projects focused on improving the experience putting to use excellent project management skills Collaborate with engineers, product marketing, business stakeholders, and data analysts to identify and fix customer experience barriers to growth in key markets Research, measure, and benchmark the customer experience to help the business better understand International customers Strategic thinking used to prioritize initiatives and opportunities across key markets and content types optimizing available resources for the maximum impact Able to use effective communication skills to translate complex insights into effective presentations and share them across different audience types and organizational levels


Degree, MBA or post graduate is a plus but not essential
