The Principal Corporate Recruiter is responsible for developing and executing proactive recruitment strategies in order to attract top talent in line with assigned core group/s, participating in the full life cycle recruitment of mid-level, management and executive positions primarily with assigned core group/s, and will serve as a member of the senior level recruitment team. The Principal Recruiter's performance will be measured by more than just how many positions filled but also the quality of the candidate pipelines developed, the quality of the relationships built with internal and external customers (hiring managers, HR Business Partners, company leadership, and candidates), and how well the role is executed. In addition, the Principal Corporate Recruiter supports FMCNA's mission, vision, core values and customer service philosophy and adheres to the FMCNA Compliance Program, including following all regulatory and division/company policy requirements.

The ideal candidate will be highly organized and detail oriented, gets things done while remaining process-oriented, has a record of success proactively sourcing candidates using a variety of sourcing channels (including proactive networking with internal and external contacts, web-based research, online tools including and in addition to LinkedIn), and is passionate about identifying, attracting, and hiring the best talent for the job.


  • Serve as the Primary Recruiter over assigned core group/s while maintaining multiple leadership and advanced related requisitions

  • Lead strategic, high-impact projects and initiatives related to the ongoing development of the CRIGG TA function.

  • Interact with TA management and provide coaching, consultancy while ensuring TA operation alignment over designated core group/s.

  • Serve as key point person to the operation executives within related core group/s.

  • Support leadership team to enhance, direct, and deploy team resources to impact key performance metrics that impact overall core group goals.

  • Manage data, track performance and provide executive and tactical reports and presentations for related core group/s. Track, report, and support future staffing initiatives.

  • Serve as the SME, provide guidance to TA Managers and Recruiters and participate in sourcing strategy development for requisitions and critical needs within designated core group/s.

  • Partner with hiring managers and executive leadership to better understand business needs and assess position goals and requirements.

  • Determine cost effective sourcing strategies, such as internet job boards, networking, resume mining, social networking, cold calling, college/university recruiting, and job fairs to attract a diverse pipeline of candidates.

  • Review and prescreen all applicable candidates, recommend candidates to hiring manager based on detailed requirements of position and competencies; provide management with reasoning for advancing candidate/s.

  • Ensure recruitment activity is updated in an accurate, compliant, and timely manner in the related ATS for roles within requisition load and core group/s.

  • Review all potential hires, partner with the Compensation team and acquire management approvals.

  • Administer offer process, review and participate in negotiation and re-negotiation of salaries in coordination with offer.

  • Initiate, review and administer all onboarding activities such as references, new hire paperwork, backgrounds check, I9, payroll forms and drug test.

  • Proactively work with hiring manager and human resources business partners regarding future organizational structure (such as staffing forecasting).

  • Maintain a systematic and proactive approach with hiring managers across all business lines regarding recruitment process.

  • Adhere to and ensure EEO compliance activities throughout full life cycle recruitment activities.

  • Provide assistance to other staff with complex tasks that require considerable judgment and initiative.

  • May escalate difficult/complex issues to supervisor/manager for resolution, as deemed necessary.

  • Mentor other staff as applicable.

  • Review and comply with the Code of Business Conduct and all applicable company policies and procedures, local, state and federal laws and regulations.

  • Assist with various projects as assigned by a direct supervisor.

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field or relevant talent acquisition related experience


  • 7 - 10 years of recruiting experience with a strong preference in both an agency and corporate setting.

  • Ability to integrate and interpret data from multiple sources to identify solutions and develop plans to ensure appropriate staffing.

  • Must have a strong customer focus and be able to effectively and quickly build relationship and establish trust, respect, competence and confidence.

  • Must have a solutions-focus, being able to sort through information and develop innovative solutions quickly.

  • Proven experience designing and executing new talent acquisition programs

  • Experience leading a talent acquisition function in a fast paced, distributed workforce

  • Demonstrates ability to integrate automated solutions and use technology to improve processes

  • SHRM Certification (SHRM-SCP, SHRM-CP) is desirable, or a plus.
