Job Summary

The Global Commute Manager is a member of the HR and Workplace Organization. You are part of a complex team of Real Estate, Transactions, Facilities and Projects who are responsible for delivering industry-leading real estate solutions through agility and innovation of our global portfolio.

We are looking for a strategic leader with strong commuter benefits and program knowledge who can evolve our global commuter programs that deliver exceptional employee experiences. You will be responsible for overseeing existing commute programs while managing cross-organizational support teams. Looking for opportunities to continuously evolve and develop new programs that bring in gamification that link employee health and wellness to measuring the effectiveness, utilization and employee satisfaction. Develop complex and broad-based implementation strategies for communication and change management plans. Make recommendations on plan design, integration/implementation, funding options, and in partnership with internal stakeholders identify opportunities to reduce program expenses and/or improve the employee experience.

Requirements and Responsibilities

This position requires the ability to evolve and develop our global, regional and office specific program plans to ensure successful implementation that meet our sustainability and business goals. Responsibilities include but not limited to, data analysis, market value, vendor research, program performance metrics and implementation plans.

  • This role requires exceptional skills in building out processes, guidelines and tools to manage global data.

  • Develop, manage and oversee the written guidelines, policies and internal controls.

  • Strong communication and relationship building skills at senior levels, with the ability to interpret and summarize data to help management achieve strategic and operational goals.

  • Provides oversight and management accountability for the delivery of new programs, schedules, budget and monitoring

  • Detail oriented, with the ability to produce and deliver executive presentations and project status reports. Ability to communicate deliverables to stakeholders, employees and senior management.

  • Prior working experience in developing/administering employee commuter programs along with the associated complexities of program administration, associated payroll processes, regulatory requirements and program taxability.

  • Periodic global business travel is required

Preferred and a Huge Plus:

  • 5+ years of relevant project and program management experience with large multi-location employers, including program development and delivery.

  • Demonstrated vision, leadership, and strategic skills in prioritizing evolving initiatives in a fast-paced environment. Ability to translate ideas and capabilities into effective initiatives.

  • Comfortable working with and communicating large amounts of data findings, experience establishing and tracking program metrics.

For additional information, go to Supporting all lines of business at the studio, the Sony Pictures Global Mastering & Servicing group (GMS) is responsible for the mastering, versioning and servicing of features and television content for worldwide distribution. As the media workflow experts, GMS provides digital workflow solutions and ensures the Studio's media assets match strict quality standards and are ready for both library and distribution. Core areas of responsibilities are: * Mastering film & television content for global distribution (color, mix, restoration, editorial) * Localizing content (dubbing, subtitling, versioning, mastering) * Managing content inventory for high-volume, secured distribution, as well as archives * Servicing sales across Lines of Business The Administrative Assistant position will assist the Executive Vice President of GMS and the Senior Vice President in charge of GMS Production Operations in the day-to-day operations of the group. The assistant will also provide some admin support to other senior executives as needed.
