This is a key role within our growing business, taking responsibility within a global remit, as a driver of commercial insights capabilities and development across the operational side of the business. Our search intelligence data provides the backbone of understanding real time user intent, thereby enabling the delivery of both high value insights as well as performant programmatic marketing campaigns for our clients. It is with this goal in mind that the main focus of delivery will be against. Driving strategic initiatives to ensure we are delivering high quality insights to our clients globally, ensuring that Captify are continually seen as a valued partner. Working with the VP of I&A, you will be a stakeholder in our efforts to continually deliver this high quality combined with innovation, whilst looking at the requirements and processes to automate/scale globally the insights product set. Key partner functions in this role will be our sales and client strategy teams as the main conduit with our clients, both locally as well as those servicing global clients. You will also work closely with our marketing team, partnering across client pitches as well as content marketing initiatives our recent series of Recovery Insights following Covid has been receiving significant coverage across the industry.
The role is technology focused and so requires an individual with significant technical ability but also have proven commercial awareness, understanding the impact decisions will have strategically on the business. An important part of the role will be to guide global insights practices and proficiency, leading too both performance for our clients but also the ongoing evolution of our recognized high value customer insights. The candidate is therefore expected to bring a considerable amount of stakeholder management, experience working consultatively with senior level clients and commercial acumen of turning data driven insights ideas into business changing deliverables.
The candidate must have a strong foundation in display or search advertising, deep analytical practices, practical solution finding and importantly be able to visualize their work clearly to all levels of the business.
