We are looking for a Global Collections Manager to contact clients and collect outstanding payments. You will struck a balance between maintaining trustful relationships, and ensuring timely payments. Our Global Collections Manager should exhibit professionalism and trustworthiness. You should have excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as an ability to work independently.


  • Develops and administers credit and collection programs.
  • Designs and implements processes to improve cash flow and reduce DSO to less than 70 days.
  • Ensures that project / department milestones / goals are met.
  • Collection calls and/or correspondence in a fast-paced and goal-oriented collections department.
  • Monitors the collection of overdue accounts.
  • Monitors credit and collection processes and operations; makes recommendations on opportunities for improvement.
  • Enlist the efforts of sales and senior management when necessary to accelerate the collection process.
  • Perform other assigned tasks and duties necessary to support collections.
  • Establish and maintain effective and cooperative working relationships with sales and senior management.
  • Development daily, weekly and monthly reporting to senior a management and the Global Controller.
  • Build a New York based team as the company continues to grow. Further recruitment likely no later than in 12 to 18 months time.


  • Requires a bachelors degree in finance, accounting or related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Strong computer skills specifically Microsoft Excel and Word and ERP software, ideally NetSuite.
  • Extensive knowledge of the function and department processes.
  • Requires a minimum 10 years of experience in collections, plus at least 3 years in a supervisory capacity.
  • Strong attention to detail, goal oriented, ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities.
  • Commitment to excellent customer service.

The incumbent will work for the collection of outstanding accounts receivable from existing clients across Βlueground in the US aiming at reducing accounts receivable delinquency. The role will focus on developing an effective credit risk assessment process, anticipating and resolving receivables issues and monitoring ageing accounts.
