The Suddath Companies is a multifaceted group of companies that specialize in worldwide corporate employee relocations, household moving, warehouse and logistics management and specialized transportation services.
This position is responsible for the settlement and overall management of global household goods, automobile and property damage claims. This position will actively drive full compliance and adherence to all national account Performance Guarantees to ensure SLA's are being met.
Initial contact with Intel transferees that have submitted a claim to review and discuss all damages and missing items.
Full utilization of the Suddath International operating system, GMMS to manage the claims cycle.
Evaluation of claim form and order documents to make decisions on claims settlement.
Settlement negotiation with the customer based on use of the most cost effective method of settlement via the repair, cash settlement or replacement / appearance allowance of an item in accordance with Intel's self insurance policy guidelines
Proactive communication of potential issues or high dollar claims with Account Manager and/or Intel Consultant when guided.
Monitoring and identifying trends to report to Management staff.
Creating check requests and/or wire transfers for customers when required as part of claim settlement.
Maintain all required reports for Intel Performance Guarantees related to claims and submit to Account Manager quarterly for review.
Submission of Intel weekly claims report to Supplier Manager as outline in Intel SLA.
Notification to Intel Supplier Champion of claims exceeding $2000 for approval with copy to program manager, Elaine Moreno.
Notification to Intel Relocation Consultant of any transferee with intent to follow escalation path for denied claims
Engages with Supplier Partner, Interdean/Santa Fe to provide assistance on US based claim needs to support Intel inbound transferees.

Minimum job requirements:
High School diploma (Bachelor's degree preferred)
Two year experience in relocation or closely related customer service industry preferred.
Type 40-50 WPM
Proficient in Microsoft Office
