Here are the minimum qualifications and essential functions for this position:
Minimum of a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) and 0-2 years of experience. However, a combination of experience and/or education will be taken into consideration.
Working knowledge of and/or experience with Change Control from a Regulatory, Quality or Compliance perspective strongly preferred.
Familiarity with the drug registration lifecycle.
Working knowledge of TrackWise and Documentum strongly preferred.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook (or similar email program), Word, Excel and Power Point required.
Experience in a high-volume, mission critical environment strongly preferred. Excellent organization and communication skills.
Must possess good analytical and problem-solving skills, effective global communication skills (both written and oral), ability to multitask and manage multiple projects and deadlines, ability to adjust to changing priorities, and close attention to detail.
Ability to read and interpret complex business and/or technical documents.
Ability to write comprehensive reports and detailed business correspondence.
Ability to work with managers or directors and communicate ambiguous concepts. Ability to present to groups across the organization.
Ability to solve problems with a variety of concrete variables through semi-standardized solutions that require some ingenuity and analysis.
Ability to draw inferences and follow prescribed and detailed procedures to solve moderately complex problems.
Typically sitting at a desk or table. Intermittently sitting, standing or stooping.
Normal office environment.
Proficiency in speaking, comprehending, reading and writing English is required.
