Bachelors degree (or foreign equivalent) in Finance, Banking, E-Commerce or a related field; and 10 years of experience in the position offered or in treasury product management or cash management promotion in Mexico, Argentina, Chile, Colombia, Peru or Venezuela, which must include:

  • 5 years of cash management product development or cash management sales experience in any of the following countries: Mexico, Argentina, Chile, Colombia, Peru or Venezuela.

  • Handling of at least 3 cash management RFPs and/or RFIs in any of the following countries: Mexico, Argentina, Chile, Colombia, Peru or Venezuela.

  • Implementing at least one complex RFP involving payment and collections and requiring e-banking, SWIFT or host to host implementations in at least one of the following regions: (a) Mexico, (b) the Northern Cone, or (c) the Southern Cone.

  • Leading at least one project that integrates with a clients ERP systems such as Oracle or SAP in the Region.

  • 5 years of experience in (a) the in-country Know-Your-Customer process, (b) legal contract negotiations and (c) local client documentation required to onboard new clients and/or services, in any of the following countries: Mexico, Chile, Argentina, Colombia, Peru or Venezuela.

  • Written and oral Spanish and English fluency.



Responsible for prospecting and selling multi-country cash management products in (a) Mexico, (b) Colombia, Peru and Venezuela (the Northern Cone), (c) Argentina, Chile Uruguay and Paraguay (the Southern Cone), and (d) Spain & Portugal ((a)-(d), collectively, the Region) to major North American-based corporate and investment banking (CIB) global clients who maintain active affiliates in the Region; developing customized solutions for clients global treasury & finance operations in the Region; responding to global RFPs and RFIs; representing the bank as subject matter expert by presenting global connectivity & centralized payment solutions such as SWIFT, host to host & global e-banking platforms, multi-country cash management product solutions, collection services, local tax and customs payment processing, payroll and related employee contributions in the Region; leading new business implementations including coordinating global and local agreements; organizing the deployment of global systems; organizing on-going project implementation calls with clients and bank technical teams, facilitating available format specifications for XML ISO 20022, SWIFT FIN messages or local layouts to settle local and international payments, payroll and collections through domestic local clearing systems in the Region; preparing and providing comprehensive global cash management training to banks CIB Relationship Managers and junior staff; maintaining updated multi-country sales and marketing materials and participating in event conferences. Position involves frequent domestic & international travel (at least 1-2 times/month) traveling to South and Central America at least 6 times/year for face-to-face investor client meetings. 9 A.M. to 6 P.M., Monday-Friday.

Key Accountabilities: * Be a Brand Ambassador who exemplifies the "Connect, Engage, Inspire" service mantra * Uses selling expertise to maximize opportunities at the cash desk to create add-on sales and build customer loyalty. * Ensures adequate supplies to create an effective cash area environment and continually maintains this (including all merchandise) within and around the vicinity. * Handles returns, refunds, and exchanges and uses these as an opportunity to reinforce and enhance the customer experience. * Identifies improvement opportunities and communicates suggestions to store management to drive commercial success. * Acts as a role model for cashier operations and completing sales transactions quickly and accurately while adhering to cash protection procedures. * Guides and trains selected members of the stores team on basic cashier processes and behaviors. * Is aware of store and individual targets and actively works to meet or exceed these by using all resources available within the store. * Complies with store policies and procedures to maintain a safe shopping and working environment. * Collaborates productively and respectfully with team members to meet or exceed store goals. * Communicates a desire for ongoing learning and welcomes all available opportunities to increase individual and store performance. * Makes themselves available to support other team members when needed Knowledge, Capabilities and Experience: * Must possess and consistently exhibit the competencies relative to the position. * Is thorough and detail oriented in maintaining a clean and organized cash environment. * Ability to learn and adapt quickly in a fast paced environment. * Demonstrates flexibility in supporting sales floors team members when there are no customers to serve at the cash wrap. * Ability to understand and carry out oral and/or written instructions and request clarification if needed. * Demonstrates an inspirational attitude that contributes to a positive team environment. * Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships team members. * Well-developed ability to speak, read, write, and comprehend English * Ability to maintain reliable and consistent attendance and punctuality. * While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to outside weather conditions.
