As the Global Campaigns and Field Marketing Manager, you will drive regional and global campaigns and field marketing strategies that contribute to building pipeline and driving growth . This role is highly visible and cross-functional, sitting at the intersection of marketing and sales at Sisense. You will be reporting to the Director of Growth Marketing and will work in a fast-paced, agile and collaborative marketing environment. You'll partner closely with internal stakeholders across Sales including Account Development Representatives, Account Executives and Sales Engineers, while working lock-step with your marketing counterparts, creative teams, partners and external agencies to execute on the campaigns and field marketing programs.
As a Campaigns and Field Marketing Manager you will:
Drive strategy and execution for marketing campaigns
Align closely with the sales team globally to understand sales goals and build programs to deliver on pipeline
Develop global and regional field marketing programs to create 5x pipeline. Programs include ABM, webinars, content promotion, tradeshows, high-touch field events, social amplification and digital aircover
Deploy various marketing tactics to drive field awareness and generate demand - email sequences, webinars, social, digital
Involve partners in the pipeline generation campaigns and plan for joint partner marketing activities
Keep consistent communications with AEs, SEs and ADRs for lead hand-off as well as feedback loop about programs
Manage vendors to ensure the events and campaigns happen on time, within budget
Measure, analyze, and optimize campaign results
Use data and analytics to measure and improve the performance of demand generation efforts
Report on the success of demand generation campaigns, using metrics such as MQLs, first meetings, pipeline, and revenue
Know conversion rate optimization principles, continually improve landing pages, chatbot experience and ads
Understand each channels impact on revenue, what's driving success and what are the projected outcomes for the next quarters
Lead content efforts to support field campaigns
Collaborate with content and product marketing teams to create content for campaigns, events, webinars and other field programs
Work with content team to create copy for landing pages, ads and emails
Understand ICP pain points and popular topics to ideate content
Manage campaign backend set up
Work with SalesOps and MarOps on proper lead scoring and campaign set up in Marketo and SFDC
Track lead follow up progress so that no leads are sitting untouched
Create clear campaign briefs, manage timelines, track budget and keep the key stakeholders up-to-date about the progress or changes
Requirements:
B2B SaaS experience, startup culture mindset and strong understanding of growth marketing principles with a track record of driving customer acquisition and revenue growth.
A strong pulse on what good events and campaigns look like, and how to achieve it
Being creative. The capacity to think outside the box and create engaging campaigns that capture attention in a crowded market.
Ability to interpret data, derive insights, and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaign performance
5-7 years in digital marketing, growth marketing, field/channel, demand generation, or events marketing experience
Proven track record of delivering pipeline updates to the sales team
Experience with Marketo / HubSpot, and SFDC
Organized, able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Strong writing and verbal communication skills
Able to work with global teams and support global markets
Can-do-attitude: highly motivated, self-starter who can quickly adapt in a dynamic work environment
Willing to travel

CO Posting: The base pay range for candidates located in Colorado is $100,000-$130,000 (/yr). The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to market location, internal equity, job-related knowledge, experience and training, education, skill sets, and other business and organizational needs. A bonus, equity, commissions, and restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, depending on the position offered. This position may be considered a promotional opportunity. The disclosed salary range represents an estimate of the base compensation for candidates who can or will be located in Colorado. This range may vary with respect to candidates whose primary work location is outside those jurisdictions
