As a Global Campaigns Analyst, you will play a critical role in enhancing our demand generation campaigns through advanced data intelligence. This position is ideal for someone who thrives on analyzing and synthesizing data to drive strategic decision-making. You will apply your expertise in data manipulation and analysis to gather crucial insights, enabling the optimization and effective targeting of our marketing initiatives.

In this role, you will be integral to our Strategy & Operations arm, working directly with key marketing partners to evaluate and enhance business performance across various dimensions, including business units, product lines, and sales segments. Your ability to manage large datasets across multiple systems and develop tailored reports will be key to your success. You will also be responsible for building robust analytical frameworks and delivering insights that shape strategic decisions and business outcomes.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Understand business goals, define important metrics (KPIs), and provide insights and reporting on the performance of marketing programs (campaigns, digital, etc.)

  • Interpret data to identify trends, patterns, and insights to support data-driven decision-making

  • Develop and maintain analytics frameworks to provide insights to partners

  • Proactively support ad-hoc requests to provide partners with intelligent insight into the health of the business

  • Contribute to the development of custom reporting frameworks to incorporate new data inputs, including new products and calculated metrics

Knowledge and Skill Requirements:

  • Data exploration and analysis skills

  • Highly proficient in Excel / Google Sheets

  • Highly proficient in Tableau (ability to perform complex calculations, parameters, LOD expressions, dashboards, etc.)

  • Proficient in writing SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze data

  • Ability to derive actionable insights from data and effectively guide decision-making

  • Experienced with data storytelling using tools such as Google Slides or PowerPoint; excellent written and oral communication skills

  • Passion for data and analysis; comfortable working with large data sets

  • Strong problem-solving skills

  • Thorough with strong time management skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Marketing and/or Sales Strategy Analytics experience a plus

  • Enterprise (B2B) marketing experience a plus

  • Salesforce experience and product knowledge a plus

  • Tableau certification a plus!

Experience:

  • BS/BA degree in a data-focused field such as marketing, economics, finance, business, or a related field
  • 2+ years of analytics experience (Marketing Analytics or Sales Strategy preferred) or a strong academic background in data-focused studies

For California-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $87,200 to $119,900.

Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles may be eligible for incentive compensation, equity, benefits.
