Pernod Ricard is looking for a Global Business Process Director Manufacturing to take part in the design and implementation of its global next-generation ERP program, Project LEAP.

LEAP is bringing together experts to reshape the way we operate by framing, designing, building and deploying new processes. By building a common business language and harmonized procedures, LEAP will allow us to take togetherness at the next level, and enable many initiatives and innovations, fueled by data and technology.

Ready to take a LEAP?

It should encompass both a comprehensive view of our current practices and foster alignment towards desired target, whilst being open to external best market practices. You will be contributing to the Forecast to stock process and part of this team, that encompasses all the steps of the Supply Chain and will be in charge more specifically of the Manufacturing process. Our global next generation ERP program will be conducted over an expected course of 4-5 years and segmented in framing; design-build-pilot then roll out phases.

The position will be actively contributing to the overall shaping and delivery of a global template of the end-to-end process. Aiming at driving maximum convergence, maximized standardization and when needed harmonization or local customization.

You will be part of a newly built team made of experts willing to work together to reshape the way we operate by framing, designing, building and deploying new processes.

Your key missions:

Drive the Business requirements understanding and the strategy for the Manufacturing Stream

  • Key contributor and strategic leader on the End-to-End design on the detailed global template covered by the ERP, understanding the implications from a business adjustment required (incl. adoption plan and customization to anticipate) and tech (integration, and interfaces required for a full end-to-end execution) with all the stakeholders from TOP Management (EXCOM, VP OPS…) to the local contributors (Supply chain leaders & managers)

  • Responsible for the successful deployment of the Manufacturing LEAP program into all regions and markets globally partnering through business and tech teams

  • In charge of ensuring S&R, traceability and quality requirements are fully met, more specifically within the F2S process but also across all other processes to ensure an exhaustive transversal

  • Accountable for the overall deployment methodology set-up and implementation

  • Providing clarity on global strategies, being fully aligned with other global parties (e.g. CoE, Change Management and Learning)

  • Leader for integration across Manufacturing on the sub-functional synchronization and overall effective deployment during the latter phases of the program and supporting regular comms to senior partners and Ops Steerco's on progress

  • Responsible for the first country pre-scoping exercise and country specific workshops (covering topics as: methodology, global strategies, technical landscape pre-scoping, master data pre-scoping, business process pre-scoping etc.)

  • Key Partner for the overall and individual sites' timeline management for on-going relationship and partner alignment

Lead the process team management

  • In collaboration with full process team, ensure project deliverables remain on track and budget

  • Work closely with program lead and PMO to deliver owned aspects of project

  • Anticipate potential challenges and interdependencies, to proactively manage and mitigate risks

  • Actively contribute to the overall program delivery and progress, in collaboration with diverse teams including business, tech and external consultants team members ensuring full contribution and value adding from all perspective for an exhaustive review and diagnosis.

  • Animate a community of subject matter experts to ensure relevant input is captured across the group and that proper engagement and change management.

Postgraduate with 15+ years manufacturing experience, as well as strategic understanding of global context and transformation.

Strong experience in Project management and process mapping.

Fluent in English.

Travel : Up to 20% of the time, depending on project needs
