GLOBAL BRAND MARKETER - Marketing Communications
The Global Brand Marketer will support the brand team in driving relevance of Fisher-Price with today's parents. This includes supporting the development of brand marketing efforts and key product communications and new launch programs, to ensure we are connecting with parents in a meaningful way and driving demand for key lines of business. This also includes supporting the Marketing Communications department in elevating the brand's look and feel, tone of voice, and driving consistency of the brand's identity across all consumer touchpoints.
Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
Lead the development of branded asset creation for retail environments online and in-store for both US retail accounts and international needs. This involves guiding strategy and partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure brand guidelines are adhered to and that business objectives are met.
Lead the development of branded asset creation for other miscellaneous consumer touchpoints including: digital ads, print/outdoor advertising, trade shows, etc. This involves guiding strategy and partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure brand guidelines are adhered to and that business objectives are met. Coordinate any photo or video shoots internally or with agency partners needed to develop specific assets.
Lead the development of a Fisher-Price email strategy. Partner with brand content creative and digital teams to use email to build brand relevance for parents at different ages and stages as well as drive purchase intent of key products. Support the development of partner emails (i.e. Babycenter) to align with overall brand strategy and messaging.
Support the development of a new brand guide providing strategic input on an ongoing basis, including: awareness and understanding of brand differentiation amongst competition through brand design, and applying brand design to practical executions for marketing purposes.
Manage all brand asset requests from commercial teams, marketing partners and other business partners domestic and international. Partner with cross-functional teams to execute while maintaining brand consistency and alignment to brand messaging and guidelines.
Support any cross-brand efforts or opportunities that arise i.e. brand partnerships, brand app development, new launch campaigns, etc.

Experience, Education & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Business or related (or equivalent); MBA preferred. 5-7 years of marketing experience (or Masters with 3-5).
Similar "consumer product" marketing experience in toys or another trend driven consumer products company is required.
Product development knowledge/experience required.
Toy experience is highly preferred.
