The Director of Brand & Content will build our global capabilities by designing, developing, and overseeing execution of branded programs required to achieve Stratasys business objectives short- and long-term.
As a key member of the marketing organization, reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, you will play a critical role in building our voice through multiple platforms and across the globe. Your wizardry in integrated content strategy will elevate our marketing efforts above the noise. In close collaboration with the demand generation team, digital, and sales organizations, you will implement an effective mix of content that generates and engages leads and opportunities at all stages of the funnel and across platforms.
Build our Brand with Strategic and Tactical Brand Leadership Planning and execution through strong research programs and outbound communication strategies
Work collaboratively with the US, EMEA & APAC marketing departments drive the integrated content marketing plan successfully evangelizing the brand and positively impacting lead generation goals
Development and execution of innovative brand programs with activation plans. Own and oversee all content for the company including: print, web, webinars, email messages and social, etc
Understanding and defining the buying cycle and customer journey within the Stratasys business segments to determine narratives and key message points with content tactics needed at each stage and with each persona.
Identification of competitive advantages for targeted campaigns to position Stratasys as the leader in key verticals.
Training of Stratasys global teams on Stratasys brand position, promise, narrative and guidelines. Work with sales enablement, vertical and product to create effective internal training & external go-to-market messages
Works with corporate marketing team to generate and manage appropriate brand-related sales and marketing assets. Capture key stakeholder's feedback to drive short and long-term editorial strategy; create and manage all editorial calendars Sets and monitors KPIs, brand promise to performance factors and analysis and reports on results for improvement.
Work with social agency to develop key strategic initiatives, deliver constant reporting on content performance of lead management channels, Drive Tone of Voice and Imagery to reflect our Brand
Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related fields with 10+ years of marketing experience managing Brand & Content strategy, execution and implementation (Background in managing down, up, across, and out (agency resource)
Dynamic writing, editing and messaging skills and significant brand position experience both on strategy and execution level
Demonstrated understanding of how digital content works; experience using writing skills driving recipient responses
Experience with and ability to draw conclusions and make recommendations on data from web (Google Analytics), social (Octopost), marketing automation platforms (Marketo/ Pardot/Hootsuite), and CRM (Salesforce.com)
Comfortable with global resources, inputs and time zones
