The Global Benefits & HR Operations seeks a highly-skilled and motivated individual for our Non-US Operations Lead position in Mesa, Arizona. This role will lead non-US benefits, HR initiatives and programs that span international operations in over 45 countries around the globe.

This role is a high-level individual contributor. It is not a management role with direct reports.

This is a leadership position in a growing organization that partners with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to expand our service delivery model while ensuring service delivery excellence to all international employees.

The ideal candidate must enjoy working in a dynamic, fast-paced business environment. He or she must have international experience working with diverse groups and cultures and be flexible to accommodate business requirements that span multiple time zones and may require travel.

The ability to think strategically and translate that thinking to operations is essential. The candidate also will have strong leadership, communications, and project management skills. He or she must be able to maintain positive relationships with leadership and all levels of the organization and external suppliers.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Continue to evolve the integration of non-US operations. Key activities include formalizing metrics for international performance, maturing the organization management system and operating rhythm, and working with strategy partners and others to define the appropriate governance model.

  • Partner with key team members to build a strategic business proposal using data and cost/benefit analysis to support a phased optimization of the non-US service delivery model.

  • Partner with HR Support Services to ensure non-US operations alignment to the global HR service delivery model with a focus on HR technology and manual work.

  • Represent Global Benefits and HR Operations with HR Services, Total Rewards and other functional leaders to provide operational guidance on global policies and programs in the areas of benefits, well being, and other HR services.

  • Provide leadership to regional leads and country subject matter experts in the deployment of new policies and programs.

  • Oversee international supplier contracts and renewals and manage performance and budget. Review, analyze and provide recommendations to all new supplier contracts.

  • Partner with legal, global privacy and other key organizations to ensure compliance of international programs and policies.

  • Lead global projects and partner with regional leaders to represent priorities and escalate issues to US-based project leaders, when needed. Align with established project standard reporting tools for non-US projects and activities.

  • Server as the non-US service delivery subject matter expert to drive to resolution to complex problems and issues.

  • Provide thought leadership with US and non-US Employee Relations, Centers of Excellence and other teams while representing HR Services core strategies and plans.

This position requires that you work out of Mesa, Arizona. You must currently reside in the Arizona area (where relocating would not be required) or be willing to relocate at your own expense.

Typical Education / Experience:

Bachelor's degree and typically 10 or more years' related work experience, a Master's degree and typically 8 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor's degree or higher

  • Experience in international operations and projects, leading diverse and cross functional team

  • Human Resource and/or Benefits Knowledge
