The Marketing department creates passion and relevance for the "Dolby Difference" driving sell-in and sell-thru of Dolby enabled devices, services, content, and experiences across multiple constituents - partners, creators, consumers, and developers.

Summary:

We are looking for an intern for a project-based internship focused on managing and building our Airtable database for creative marketing productions, licensing, asset libraries, and toolkits. This is an exciting opportunity to shape a global solution for content management at Dolby.

Learning Opportunities:

  • Gain a deep understanding of content usage and licensing for music, video works and photography.

  • Engage and develop processes with the global marketing team

  • Once the system is in place, the intern will have the opportunity to support creative production tasks and potentially expand their role within the team.

  • Engage with Hollywood-level material, ideal for candidates interested in high-end productions.

  • Gain an understanding of Dolby Vision and Atmos technologies.

Qualifications:

  • Experience with Airtable, database management, and organizational complexity.

  • Strong interest in design and video productions; interest in being on-set for productions

  • Experience supporting creative projects as a producer

  • Bachelor's degree in

Eligibility

Working towards a Bachelor's degree in Media Arts and Sciences, Information Science with a Media concentration, Film and Media Studies with a Data Analytics minor, or a related field; recent grads who are within 6 months of graduation are also eligible to apply. Must be available to work full-time Monday - Friday for 6 months between September 2024 - March 2025.

Start date for the internship is as follows: (note this date is not flexible)

The San Francisco/Bay Area base hourly range for this internship position is $26-37/hr and can vary if outside of this location. Our hourly ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific hourly range and perks and benefits for your location during the hiring process.
