Global AR Channel Program Director
This is a fast-paced role, driving PTC's AR Segment channel planning and execution. The primary mission is to profitably grow AR market share delivering best-in-class customer and partner experience. As our channel partner's primary contact, you will drive the over-achievement of AR bookings, renewal and annual recurring revenue.
Drive AR channel business plan development
Develop Strategic relationships with top 5 AR Partners in each GEO, working with Channel AR leadership to best understand key partners challenges
Lead the channel product, pricing, packaging offer strategy by collaborating with AR product management leadership
Working with channel AR leadership and channel partners to determine an effective sales enablement plan and manage the delivery of monthly sales enablement activities.
Collaborate with Customer success to facilitate and foster best practices for VRD (Value-ready-deployment) best practices for channel
Drives continuous improvement and sales productivity through innovation, new system evaluations, and automation.
Support and deliver AR's overall value selling messaging with the broader channel partner community
Ensure internal and external stakeholder alignment on channel growth strategy by working with GEO DVPs, channel leadership and key partners.
Preferred Skills and Knowledge:
Software sales and channel management experience
Strong executive presence including oral, presentation and written communication skills
Proven ability to engage, influence and drive decision making with product management and channel partner leadership.
