Facebook is seeking an experienced leader with demonstrated success managing large-scale, global partnerships. This person will be accountable for building and leading the relationship with a global consulting firm.

We are looking for a self-starter who has demonstrated success dealing with ambiguity and building a business from the ground-up. Ideal candidates will have some management experience in an agency, consulting firm or sales environment as well as demonstrated expertise selling cross-network marketing solutions and/or supporting the selling of Facebook's advertising solutions to large advertising agencies and clients. Creative thinking and the ability to work cross-functionally to develop scalable solutions for the channel are paramount.

A high degree of emphasis will be placed on strategic alliances, education, and unlocking new paths to transform our partnerships with partners. You will work collaboratively with sales, operations, product, marketing science and marketing teams to ensure we are meeting client and partner needs globally, regionally and locally. This position reports to the Global Director, Agency Development and works closely with local leadership around the world. This opportunity can be based out of our New York City, NY or Menlo Park, CA offices.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Play the lead role in scaling a holistic global business partnership framework for the consulting firm in both developed and undeveloped markets

Lead complex initiatives and deliver scalable partner development and org improvements

Work cross-functionally with In-Market teams, Global Teams, Business Operations, Platform, Creative, Measurement/Metrics, and Product Marketing to optimize our vertical efforts

Consult with Product Marketing to help shape product development in support of partner needs

Create persuasive presentations and stories that demonstrate the value of Facebook to marketers in the agency partner channel

Increase the effectiveness of the team by recognizing opportunities for new approaches

Demonstrates risk-taking, challenges the status quo and drives innovation and change for maximum impact on clients and the organization

Develop and implement best practices for partner and client interaction, supporting sales and services for Facebook

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • 10+ years marketing and sales experience, 5+ years experience in digital media

Agency or consulting firm or marketing technology provider experience

Experience with management, including managing cross-functional teams and people not directly reporting to you

Experience communicating the benefit of marketing opportunities to partners and brands

Communication and presentation experience with an emphasis on translating insights, product information, and data in to client value

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience working with or in support of diverse communities

Ability to perform in highly dynamic, rapidly changing environment

Job Description The GSOC Lead will supervise and coordinate the delivery of quality services on a specific shift at an assigned customer. Act as a liaison between GSOC Manager and security operators. Supervise staff on assigned shift, providing coaching, recognition and discipline within approved empowerment range. Responsible for managing day to day security services at their location. Including oversight of policies and procedures implementation, and maintaining current and updated procedures and record keeping in support of the GSOC Manager. The Shift Lead must provide advance notice of all intended absences from the site, including of minimum of two weeks' notice prior to taking vacation. The GSOC Lead Operator is responsible for leading the daily operations of the GSOC in the absence and in support of the GSOC Shift Supervisor and/or GSOC FTE Shift Manager. The Lead Operator is responsible for using best practices to identify, analyze, and support all incidents that are either impactful or potentially impactful to business, the brand and or employees. This position is responsible for using best practices for communicating information surrounding those incidents to leadership as appropriate. The Lead Operator supports the GSOC operators as they prepare for, respond to, and recover from both crisis and non-crisis incidents in addition to monitor cameras and alarms, dispatch associated calls via telephone and radio, operate access control technology, and provide general assistance to both employees and guests. Key Responsibilities: Supervise day-do-day operations of assigned shift at the site. Supervisory Responsibilities * Communicate staffing needs on shift to Supervisor or Account Manager. * Ensure that officers receive appropriate training, developing them in both technical and professional skills; also may include assisting manager in performance management (coaching, counseling, disciplining, performance evaluations, recognition, etc.) * Ensure that employee grievances are heard with help from appropriate district or region HR support employees and Account Manager. * Assist with the communication of policies, company announcements and job openings through a consistently updated READ file at the site. * Provide the basis of a great place to work by treating staff with respect. Facebook Responsibilities: Take on all GSOC Supervisor responsibilities while the Supervisor is on break, lunch, or in meetings. * Secondary liaison with client team for all incidents, investigations, executive protection, and other situations that impact Facebook. * Act as a liaison with clients/customers by addressing all client/customer concerns in a proactive manner. Must be customer service oriented while still addressing the security needs and protocols at your site. * Back-up Incident Leader for most business disruptions and crisis incidents * Proactively seek out and assess incident information, coordinate incident communication, and support site emergency response for the enterprise. During any incident, coordinate response as needed for the incident and ensure proper notification procedures are followed. Guide and provide communication support to the GSOC responding operators as needed. Know the appropriate notification protocols for incident management. Effectively communicate Facebook's Incident management leaders to convey messages as requested and approved by Facebook's emergency management processes. * The Shift Lead answers routine and emergency calls, monitors alarms and video equipment including fire alarms, door alarms, and duress alarms * The Shift Lead will dispatch security officers, ERT, facilities, police, fire and EMS personnel as the Shift Lead maintains various records of communications * The Shift Lead uses multiple internal and external resources to gather and manage information and intelligence about events that are occurring both domestically and internationally that may impact * The Shift Lead communicates and disseminates information, using established communication vehicles, to key partners using best * Send incident notifications (Everbridge) for any incident, safety check, AMBER Alert, and unusual situation that impacts the Facebook enterprise * Activate Crisis Management Teams and Crisis Action Teams as needed for incident management * Create and activate QP for AMBER Alert system * Triage, escalate, and communicate all technical or systems issues that arise within the GSOC or client systems (C-Cure, AMBER Alert, Everbridge, Smart PTT, Cameras, etc.) * Develops and proposes changes to processes, protocols, or systems, based on the needs of the GSOC * Oversee all audit completion for NORAM and LATAM Facebook locations * Update global phone list for all NORAM and LATAM locations * Work on site-specific projects assigned by the client or GSOC Manager. The Shift Lead takes an active role in position related projects. The levels of responsibility will vary from consulting to owning projects based on the individual. * Fill in at the GSOC on other GSOC Stations in a non-leadership capacity as required by management. Enforcement of Contract Standards * Help Account Manager identify, meet and exceed the needs of the customer. * Meet all contractual scheduled hours with a minimum of unbilled overtime. * Assist in the coordination and/or conduct site-specific OJT, client specific training and annual refresher training for security personnel. * Reconcile security logs against shift responsibilities and patrols; review incident reports prior to submitting to manager and coordinate preliminary investigations. * Assist Account Manager manage uniforms, equipment, supplies and vehicles utilized at the account, maintaining appropriate inventories and maintenance checklists. Administrative Management Ensure that all oncoming teams get the appropriate passdowns and situational awareness details from the off going shift * As required, utilize WinTeam for scheduling and billing, and to produce reports (such as Scheduling Activity, Training Detail reports, etc.) that require interpretation and action for effective business management. * Enforce AlliedBarton policies as outlined in the handbooks and executive memos. * Escalate all facility related issues and follow up regularly to ensure remediation.
