The Global Accounts Manager is responsible for maximizing Murata's global market share and sales opportunities by promoting product growth and providing development, management, and account direction for assigned accounts. Position is accountable for strategic business creation and execution, building a team to deliver on promises, as well as developing account relationships at all organizational levels. Individual has a passion to foster customer satisfaction through trust and high-quality solutions.
Essential Job Responsibilities
Communicates, implements and executes customers' global strategic plans
Develops and implements business plans to ensure achievement of strategic objectives by maximizing sales revenue, profitability, and Murata's position globally
Acts as lead negotiator during global negotiations
Facilitates global pricing coordination with product management and various company business units
Manages assigned accounts
Manages the design-win process
Develops strong, effective relationships
Manages direct and indirect staff and representatives

Previous manufacturing sales experience

Previous budgetary responsibilities
Frequent domestic and international travel
