  • Implement and execute strategy for over-achievement of business results tied to global sales execution

  • Attract and retain top talent within sales team by following Gartner's proven recruitment methodology, with a strong focus on building a pipeline of candidates for potential open territories.

  • Develop internal relationships with business partners across multiple business lines.

  • Strategize and collaborate with international sales leaders to assist in your team's global opportunities

  • Partner with their team in developing trust and rapport with their clients' C-Level executives and direct reports across business lines/regions.

  • Work collaboratively with program management and operations to develop and implement new service offerings

  • Partner with brand development team to create new products and services

  • Performance management of associates and creation of individual development plans/succession plans

  • Manage weekly/monthly sales reporting, roll-up forecasts and commission calculations.

  • Drive high activity by conducting team prospecting sessions with direct reports

  • Take ownership for own professional growth and support the team's professional growth


  • External candidate: Minimum 7-15 years proven consultative sales experience in high technology (services, software or hardware), with 3+ years of management experience.

  • Proven ability to identify enterprise wide opportunities and structure innovative, integrated solutions that provide decision support to global organizations in achieving their business objectives.

  • Ability to travel internationally to our global events and support sales associates in client facing meetings.

  • Excellent communication skills and demonstrated ability to lead, mentor and motivate sales associates.

  • Proven consistent over achievement of sales quotas and financial commitments.

  • Strong business acumen, forecasting skills, influencing skills and communication skills (to share knowledge with a team to support the growth strategy within sales).

  • Strong demonstration of intellect, drive, executive presence and sales acumen.

  • Bachelor's degree, with strong evidence of success in school.

  • Masters or advanced degree a plus

The Strategic Delivery Manager is fully accountable for the strategic, long-term evolution of their hubsite business; including the overall direction and operational/financial management of all business activities. The SDM leads a team dedicated to client delivery – both in recruitment and fulfilment – along with the management of Client Delivery Managers located on client premises, if applicable. This position must clearly establish targets and hold team members accountable to reaching their highest potential, thus surpassing customer fulfilment and service expectations. Responsibilties ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Recruitment/Fulfillment: * Create, implement and manage innovative strategies to attract top talent and increase retention * Work closely with Enterprise leadership and client teams to ensure clear understanding of the client's business, staffing needs, culture and program expectations * Anticipate and understand the local talent market and put in place a workforce planning strategy to ensure a continuous pipeline of quality talent * Identify, source and screen top quality candidates for open opportunities within the hubsite client programs - building a pipeline in anticipation of future needs * Daily/Weekly management of established productivity and KPI metrics with continued focus on the improvement in business operations efficiencies while maintaining a healthy cost to serve Financial and Operational Analytics: * Full accountability for monthly P&L / budget analysis and results of the Enterprise business unit * Proactively review and monitor processes/procedures and implement improvements where possible to reduce cost to service. * With oversight from the Enterprise Director, complete the quarterly Roadbook assessments for required hubsite programs and identify/implement action plans accordingly * Prepare and present a monthly/quarterly business review to the Enterprise Director and/or VP * Engage with the Warrior Community, when appropriate, for shared best practices and/or to identify and implement an improvement plan, as needed People Management: * Day-to-day management of colleague performance to include coaching and development of the hubsite teams to ensure all service levels and performance metrics are met * Ensure the team is demonstrating the company's core values in the delivery of a customer-centric service * Create and maintain mechanisms/forums to seek and act upon candidate and associate feedback to ensure continuous improvement * Facilitate monthly one-on-one meetings with all direct reports to review established KPI metrics, overall performance and career goals.
