GIS Manager

Overview and Essential Functions A successful GIS Manager shall be responsible for the overall management of the GIS Department to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and profitability of all engineering projects. At a minimum, the position requires a good working knowledge of telecommunications network design; ability to use ARCGIS and other office related equipment, familiarity with telecommunications design software; ability to read, understand, interpret, input and analyze data.
