Geriatric Primary Care Physician

As a Geriatric Primary Care Physician, you will provide primary medical care to elderly patients in our specialized geriatric care facility. You will work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans for each patient, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in geriatric medicine and a passion for providing quality healthcare to older adults. Requirements
