Descripción

• Develop and implement HSEQ policies and procedures aligned with legal regulations and construction industry best practices.

• Oversee and lead the execution of internal and external audits to evaluate HSEQ performance and propose continuous improvements.

• Work closely with project teams to integrate HSEQ practices into all phases of construction.

Manage the investigation of incidents and accidents, implementing corrective and preventive measures as necessary.

• Coordinate the identification and assessment of occupational and environmental risks, proposing mitigation strategies.

• Lead training programs for employees, promoting safety and quality awareness and culture.

Perfil buscado (h/m)

• University degree in Engineering, Industrial Safety, Environment or related field.

In-depth knowledge of HSEQ regulations applicable to the construction industry.

Experience in the implementation of quality and safety management systems.

Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams towards HSEQ excellence.

Excellent communication skills and ability to establish effective relationships.

Advanced level of English, both oral and written.
