• Perform geotechnical engineering on various private sector projects including commercial, residential, and various civil work

• Work closely with clients and track project expenses to ensure actual work is performed within budget

• Prepare proposals including detailed cost estimates to forecast project schedule and profitability

• Write/review/seal final reports prior to submittal to the client for completeness and accuracy

• Develop and implement actions needed to achieve or exceed project goals

• Assist with business development, working closely with the branch manager to identify new opportunities

• Support and mentor junior staff What You Need for this Position

• 3 years of experience in Geotechnical Engineering

• P.E. preferred (E.I.T. required) - Bachelor's in Geotechnical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Geology, or related field
