Summary
The GEOINT Tradecraft Specialist applies GEOINT tradecraft to operations that revolve around the exploitation of GEOINT based sensors and production of analytic products that communicate information, activities and intelligence through various NGA and mission partner communication channels and mechanisms. The specialist is capable of exploiting GEOINT in addition to leveraging and integrating imagery and other geospatial-enabled data and sources as appropriate.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The Tradecraft GEOINT specialist utilizes GEOINT and other sources as appropriate to exploit, analyze, and produce GEOINT in support of critical operations.
Product Developer creates, compiles, or designs multi-media products or services that convey GEOINT for identified communication channels that are visual, verbal, written or tactical as required by missions.
GEOINT Tradecraft Specialist trains or mentors on applied tradecraft skills, communicates and consults on tradecraft standards, collaborates with stakeholders to maintain and advocate for GEOINT equities, identifies areas for innovation, develops innovative approaches related to GEOINT exploitation for critical operational missions.
GEOINT Integrator applies tradecraft expertise to either integrate GEOINT into other streams of intelligence or integrate other streams of intelligence into Motion GEOINT for critical operational objectives.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in related field
Minimum of 10 years' experience
Demonstrated experience with GEOINT tradecraft and analysis
Understanding of Activity Based Intelligence (ABI) and application of ABI methodologies
Ability to produce GEOINT products to NGA standards and quality
Demonstrated ability to operate successfully in a fast-paced and dynamic environment as a team-member
Ability to communicate with clarity and accuracy both verbally and written
Proficiency in common Motion GEOINT software applications
Incumbent must possess active DoD TS/SCI Personal Security Clearance.
Preferred Skills
Master's degree
Regional Geographic proficiency to include physical, cultural, and social geographies
Security Responsibilities
Must comply with all company security and data protection / usage policies and procedures. Personally responsible for proper marking and handling of all information and materials, in any form. Shall not divulge any information, or afford access, to other employees not having a need-to-know. Shall not divulge information outside company without management approval. All government and proprietary information will be accessed and stored electronically on company provided resources.
Incumbent must possess active DoD TS/SCI Personal Security Clearance.
Preferred: TS/SCI with CI polygraph
Due to U.S. Government contract requirements, only U.S. citizens are eligible for this role.
Work Environment
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
