ORSA Technologies is seeking sharp, highly motivated, and experienced analysts to join our team of professionals supporting ISR exploitation overseas. The analyst/operator will serve on a unique team providing near real-time exploitation and analysis of GMTI collection. The candidate should be flexible, able to incorporate as a member of a team, possess tactical intelligence experience, and have experience providing basic equipment maintenance. This overseas position provides an exciting opportunity to work with advanced technology while delivering advanced intelligence analysis support to critical DoD missions.

Geospatial Analysts will be responsible for the continual operational, maintenance, troubleshooting, Phase-I intelligence analysis and intelligence production, and multi-INT data fusion intelligence products for all deployed Bi-Static Surveillance Systems (BSS). Deployed BSS Geospatial Intelligence (GEOINT) analysts shall provide Geospatial analysis such as immediate spatiotemporal analysis of Ground Moving Target Indicator (GMTI), the BSS Radar output data type, for Near Real Time (NRT) analysis and exploitation and for Phase-I intelligence production.

Perform after-action checks immediately upon a change in the operating environment of the system and prior to resuming the operational status of the system in new environments

Place of Performance: Afghanistan

Primary duties will include (but not limited to):

  • Install, Operate, Maintain and Analyze Bi-Static Surveillance Systems (BSS) to provide Military and Civilian personnel with Intelligence Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) Ground Movement Target Indicator (GMTI), Pattern of Life, and Tracking Intelligence.

  • Conduct daily operations of radar and processing systems to provide the customer with near real time GMTI intelligence.

  • Create Phase-I Intel products as requested in correspondence with the BSS collected data. Submit Requests for Information (RFIs) for additional in-depth data collection and analysis

  • Provide near-real time analysis and operational support

  • Correlate GMTI with other related GEOINT information

  • Generate GMTI and multi-INT GEOINT reports and products

  • Disseminate daily GMTI/GEOINT data to appropriate units/organizations

  • Collaborate and integrate GMTI with operational and intelligence units

  • Monitor/maintain system performance

  • Provide limited system maintenance as required:

  • Perform daily checks while the system is in operation. Use troubleshooting guides and schematics to troubleshoot systems, isolate faults and articulate the precise problem to repair systems.

  • Perform preventive maintenance checks and services (PMCS) on each system and its components in accordance with the operator s manual, technical manual and training materials

  • Document incidents/ issues appropriately and forward to qualified supporting maintenance personnel as necessary, and maintain logs of maintenance performed

  • Perform after-action checks immediately upon a change in the operating environment of the system and prior to resuming the operational status of the system in new environments

  • Advised Unit and Base Commander on the feasibility, functionality and capabilities of the Systems assigned to AOR.

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

  • Must be able to deploy to combat Theaters

  • Must have a current Top Secret clearance with eligibility for SCI access

  • Experience in operational, maintenance, troubleshooting, Phase-I intelligence analysis and intelligence production, and multi-INT data fusion of intelligence products

  • 6+ years' experience as a GMTI or Geospatial intelligence analyst with prior deployment experience providing intelligence support to combat operations

  • Experience in providing Geospatial analysis such as immediate spatiotemporal analysis of Ground Moving Target Indicator (GMTI) for Near Real Time (NRT) analysis and exploitation and for Phase-I intelligence production

  • Experience in performing Kernel Density Estimation (KDE), independent and multi-track interpretation, and network, statistical, zonal-based analysis

  • Candidate must have OCONUS military experience (prior Middle East deployment preferred)

PREFERRED:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred (may substitute previous military/analyst experience)

  • ArcGIS; ESRI; Google Earth software experience

  • Intelligence Fusion skills/experience
