GEOINT Analysis Instructor, Mid

Key Role:

Deliver in-resident and distance learning instructional programs in accordance with course requirements. Use instructional methods, including guided discussions, lectures, demonstrations, small group exercises, seminars, workshops, and laboratories. Employ instructional technology in instruction and training, including Blackboard. Leverage assessment strategies in accordance with the course design, including instructor observation, testing, grading, and providing formal and informal student feedback. Apply subject matter expertise in the curriculum creation process, including content review and feedback to development staff. Teach instructional courses and leverage expertise in developing and delivering technical training and educational courses in academic, commercial, government, or industrial organizations. Apply expertise in geospatial intelligence (GEOINT) sciences, technology, and data science.

Basic Qualifications:

• Experience as a GEOINT instructor and trainer

• Experience in a government operating environment, including the intelligence community (IC) and DoD

• Knowledge of geospatial data and imagery analysis, including how to use image science, analytic methods, data science, opens source research, and human geography to characterize events, discover relationships and trends, and produce GEOINT

• Knowledge of national imagery exploitation processes, policies, and production cycles and the principles and applications of geographic information systems

• Knowledge of the breadth of the GEOINT products and service that the client

• Knowledge of GEOINT tradecraft and learning

• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time

• Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam

• Bachelor's degree in a GEOINT field and 3 years of experience as an analyst or collections manager, or 6 years of experience as an analyst or collections manager in lieu of a degree

Additional Qualifications:

• Experience as an in-resident and distance learning instructor for a US government agency

• Course Instruction or Teaching Certification

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $51,600.00 to $106,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
