Location: Austin, TX

We are looking for a Engage Voice Enginner who has good expertise on Engage Vocie Platform

working on complex SIP Infrastructure and is proficient in troubleshooting /understing sip messaging

Solid experience with Genesys SIP stack or other Contact Center Voice solutions Extensive

experience with Genesys Voice Application Troubleshooting & Log Analysis Extensive experience

with SIP, VoIP & TDM co-environment

Experience in large enterprise & globally distributed Genesys deployments

Experience in large enterprise & global SIP engineering, development, deployments and support

Expert knowledge of SIP, RTP, TCP/IP, NAT, WebRTC and packet analysis

Extensive experience with network and voice analysis tools, like NetScout or similar tools Expert with

network and common data centre infrastructure

Knowledge on Cloud CX platform will be an excellent to have and will be preferable . Any knowlede in

FreeSwitch , scripting , will be an additional advantage . We are looking to fullfil this position as soon

Pay Range: $60 - $75/ hr

The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
