A Snapshot of Your DayResponsible to learn all operations of Stator Assembler B. Become familiar with all tools and equipment for generator final assembly. Be able to attain skills for rotor to core assembly, bearings, pedestals, and all other parts assembled on the generator.How You'll Make an ImpactSound knowledge in the use of mathematics, interpreting complex drawings, specifications and use of various precision machining instrumentsExperience with live head drilling / milling is an assetWhat You BringHigh school education or equivalent.4 or more years of industrial-mechanical experience. Proficiency with shop tools - drills, ratchets, wrenches, etc., and ability to choose optimal tool for the task.Required to lift / move 50 lb. materials. Ability to use precision measuring equipment. Basic math skills. Ability to read, write, and complete simple forms.Successful applicants must be able to pass hearing, vision and pulmonary test. Must be able to obtain a fork truck license and keep or acquire an" A" crane license if needed.Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization.
